U.S. Sen. John Barrasso stood up to one of the Senate's most forceful voices this week and successfully fought for the Craig Thomas Snake Headwaters Legacy Act. The bill would protect 388 miles of the Snake River and its tributaries in Teton and Lincoln counties under the federal wild and scemc rivers system.
